Send an email to contact@ellercounselng.com or call 717.344.7005 to request an appointment. Be prepared to provide following information by phone/voice mail or by email.

1. Name of person making appointment and name of person to receive
therapy (if different).
2. In 3 to 5 sentences explain the reason you are seeking therapy.
3. Client (your) address, email address and phone number(s).
4. Best time to reach you: Morning, Afternoon, Evening (time).

Upon receipt of the email you will be contacted to arrange the first session. You will be given a link to a PDF copy of a form you will need to fill out before your first session.

Your first session will include going over two other forms for authorization and disclosure information. We will discuss how we will begin through the first 3 sessions and you will receive some homework to do as we progress through the therapeutic process. If you do not get someone on the phone immediately, please remember we a small agency and do not have someone answering phones other than the therapist(s)/coach(es).

therapy sessions, costs and discounts

Our therapy costs are very low because we do not take insurance payments of any kind. We also try to work with the client to reduce fees if possible. The following are costs related to receiving therapy.
   1. Length of Sessions. All sessions last 45-50 minutes and begin at the time the appointment was to begin regardless of what time you show up. If the appointment was to begin at 1:00PM and you arrive at 1:15PM the session will still end at 1:45PM. Sorry, this is the only way it is fair to the therapist and the other clients.
   2. Payment for Sessions. Please bring the correct cash or you can pay with PayPal before the session and bring proof with you to the session (Most locations do not have internet access so payment cannot be made or proof of payment cannot be done online). We do not carry extra cash with us to make change. All sessions must be paid for before the session begins.
   3. Cost for Sessions.
        -First session is at a discounted rate of $25.00.
        -All sessions thereafter cost $35.00 an hour.
        -Sessions that occur in the home or other place than the therapist's office have a $10.00 travel fee.
   4. Discounts. Only exception to the fee schedule is if your church or organization has a special agreement with Eller Counseling. Former clients and their immediate family members qualify for $25.00 per session fee throughout 2012.

Eller Counseling is currently working on arrangements with churches to use unused Sunday School rooms on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the daytime hours of 9:00am-12:00pm and 1:00-4:00pm. We are offering limited appointments in Kirkwood, PA on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 5:00-9:00pm. Address information will be provided to clients.
